They are looking for an experienced, tech savvy Sales Administrator with a strong understanding of the market and excellent client relationship skills to work alongside a high producing agent.

Role & Duties
  • Database management & general administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing property listings, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Maintain communication with the internal sales team, purchasers, settlement agents and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth process is achieved
  • Assist with all sales processing and contract administration.
  • Coordinate and schedule signboards & liaise with contractors
  • Assist with social media updates and online marketing efforts for property listings
  • Schedule and manage appointments and organise open homes
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, investors and industry contacts
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing property listings
About You
Bring your enthusiasm and proactive mindset to a role where you'll collaborate with and support a top-performing agent in managing their property listings and sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of the residential sales process, in-depth knowledge of the Perth market, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency in computer systems and real estate platforms.
  • Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence
  • Real Estate Registration
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
  • Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
