We are based in Kewdale, Perth, Western Australia and while this role has a need for a person 5 days a week, these could be full days or shorter days, depending on the applicant and their personal situation.

Nature Play Solutions specialises in Play Space Design & Construction. We create outstanding play equipment and play environments. Quality and experience inform our designs, to ensure we produce well-considered, achievable solutions that deliver ongoing excellence in play opportunities.

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to help support our sales team. This person will be highly organised, show initiative, have a passion for detail and making sure that your work is correct. We also need this person to engage with a range of stakeholders, customers and colleagues. You will be working with multiple people within the organisation, so we are looking for someone who is able to liaise well within the team, is adaptable and can think on their feet in what can be a fast-paced environment. We have an open-plan office, so there can be frequent interruptions and it is important you can respond to queries as they arise, then refocus!

Role Description:

  • Responding to inbound sales and product enquiries, via phone and email
  • Quoting on our standard product range
  • Following up enquiries/quotes
  • Sales support, including arranging some logistics for delivery of large play equipment items, both locally, regionally and interstate
  • Assisting with tender submissions
  • Product database and data entry

Essential Criteria

  1. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong skills with Microsoft Office products
  5. Willing to take feedback on board
  6. Ability to learn new computer systems (other than MS Office) and use them effectively in a role
  7. Careful and pay attention to detail

  1. University qualification
