What You'll Be Doing:
* Running day-to-day store operations and leading a high-energy team
* Delivering top-notch customer service and keeping the store looking great
* Managing stock, sales, budgets, and store performance
* Ensuring food safety standards and compliance are met
* Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the store's offering
What We're Looking For:
* Retail leadership experience - ideally in supermarkets or fast-paced retail
* A great leader - someone who can motivate and develop a team
* Strong financial skills - experience with sales, budgets, and GP
* A problem solver - able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
* Tech-savvy - familiar with Microsoft, POS, and retail systems
* Food experience is a bonus - especially fresh and gourmet products
* RSA & Approved Manager certification? Great! (Or willing to get it)
