The Role
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring a positive guest experience through clean and professionally presented accommodation and shared amenities. Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Carry out and complete day-to-day operations.
- Conduct quality checks on housekeeping work to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in training and supporting the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A current valid drivers license is essential
