Anglicare is on the lookout for a dynamic Scheduling Officer to join our vibrant Seniors Living team! If you have a knack for scheduling and a passion for making a difference, this role is perfect for you. You'll be the mastermind behind our staff rostering, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Plus, you'll play a crucial role in accurate payroll processing, all while aligning with our mission and values.

12 - month contract, based in Macquarie Park, full time working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Why You'll Love this Job:
  • Address rostering related calls, e-mails, and any other communication in a professional and efficient manner to ensure and provide exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that staff rosters are effectively documented, optimised, maintained and published to meet operational and client needs.
  • Ensure that staff rosters are administered so that all relevant documentation is completed and forward to Payroll for processing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide relevant information to the respective teams/individuals to ensure that all scheduling actions are completed to a high standard including timeliness and accuracy in line with processes and procedures.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience in systems and technology applications with particular focus on using rostering systems to roster large teams, preferably in a home care environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills Knowledge, understanding, previous experience in community based aged care services.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff and management. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proven skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritising, whilst working effectively in a multi-faceted team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships and demonstrated customer service skills
