About the Role
- Support management of right of entry processes across Western Australia
- Provide advice and interpretation on employment instruments and legislation
- Proactively support and develop line leader capability
- Contribute to and execute the Employee Relations Strategy to deliver optimal business outcomes
- Support litigation proceedings
- Support risk assessment and change management activities
- Work as part of a broader global Employee Relations sub-function within the Human Resources function in a high trust, collaborative and flexible environment.
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally:
- Have an undergraduate degree in a human resources-related field or equivalent experience
- Have experience in guiding leaders with timeliness, credibility and integrity
- Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
