About the Role

  • Support management of right of entry processes across Western Australia
  • Provide advice and interpretation on employment instruments and legislation
  • Proactively support and develop line leader capability
  • Contribute to and execute the Employee Relations Strategy to deliver optimal business outcomes
  • Support litigation proceedings
  • Support risk assessment and change management activities
  • Work as part of a broader global Employee Relations sub-function within the Human Resources function in a high trust, collaborative and flexible environment.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • Have an undergraduate degree in a human resources-related field or equivalent experience
  • Have experience in guiding leaders with timeliness, credibility and integrity
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail
  • Enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
