• Leveraged & Acquisition Finance
• Debt Capital Markets

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyers (2+ PQE) and Senior Lawyers (4+ PQE) with experience from reputable law firms.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , with a strong academic track record.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage high-value matters and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
