As a Senior Project Officer, Infrastructure You Will

• Extensive experience in interpreting, negotiating and managing leases in a portfolio of commercial office (and non-office) accommodation.
• Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.

What You Will Do (key Responsibilities/duties)

• Extensive experience in interpreting, negotiating and managing leases in a portfolio of commercial office (and non-office) accommodation.
• Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
• Support and coordinate infrastructure projects across the department, ensuring alignment with operational needs, cost efficiencies, and workplace health and safety outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to optimise facilities utilisation to implement effective accommodation strategies and enhance resource management.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for best practice office accommodation and ongoing management.
• Consult and develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver cost effective outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality written and oral advice, including briefs policies, reports and correspondence to a high standard.
