Description:
As a Senior Project Officer, Infrastructure You Will- Extensive experience in interpreting, negotiating and managing leases in a portfolio of commercial office (and non-office) accommodation.
- Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
- Support and coordinate infrastructure projects across the department.
What You Will Do (key Responsibilities/duties)
- Extensive experience in interpreting, negotiating and managing leases in a portfolio of commercial office (and non-office) accommodation.
- Requires a detailed operating knowledge of the management of commercial leased and license agreements, landlord obligations, property governance and control arrangements ensuring compliance with all legal and financial obligations.
- Support and coordinate infrastructure projects across the department, ensuring alignment with operational needs, cost efficiencies, and workplace health and safety outcomes.
- Collect and analyse data to optimise facilities utilisation to implement effective accommodation strategies and enhance resource management.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for best practice office accommodation and ongoing management.
- Consult and develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver cost effective outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality written and oral advice, including briefs policies, reports and correspondence to a high standard.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- The functional and technical knowledge and skills to manage accommodation and facilities at a high level of accomplishment.
