Cater Care seeks a genuine leader and key to your success in this role is your ability to foster great relationships with our clients across the Aged Care & Education sectors as well as your ability to influence and drive the operational teams, providing high quality food and service to our clients, residents and students.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking, forecasting and driving financial performance
- Leading, coaching and further developing your key senior leaders
- Building strong professional relationships with our clients
- Oversee menu development, observation of safety practices, adherence to regulatory bodies and initiatives, maintaining our market leading position
- Strategically collaborate with other business units to ensure all opportunities are capitalised upon
- Foster a positive work experience that promotes collaboration, upskilling and excellence across your operational teams
Skills And Experiences
Background & experience:
- Significant background in leadership within the food or catering environment (Aged Care or Education would be well regarded)
- Industry qualified degree, diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive understanding of contract management
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a hospitality setting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
