We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the Project Team in Karratha! In this role, you will effectively provide support to the site management team, whilst being the first point of contact on site to ensure the efficient operation of the project.
This is a site-based role in Karratha, fly in fly out on 19 days on, 9 days off roster.
e2o , as part of a joint venture, is supporting the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

Your focus will include:
- Work closely with recruitment team to offer a seamless on-boarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and queries, championing a positive and safe culture on site
- Work closely with Clough Contractors to maintain correct compliance for all contractor site mobilisation requirements.
- Manage rosters and assist with management of flights, bus, and accommodation schedules.
What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator role
- Advanced skills in MS Office; INX/Intuition and Synchro experience is desirable.
- High attention to detail and exceptional customer service
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- White card or the ability to obtain a white card
