How You'll Make an Impact
As a Martech Platform Support Engineer at AMP, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience transformation. You'll empower our marketing teams to deliver personalised, meaningful digital experiences that help our customers create their tomorrow. Your expertise will drive our Adobe Experience Platform stack, solving technical challenges, optimising systems and ensuring our digital marketing capabilities run smoothly. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements and share your technical knowledge, directly contributing to AMP's customer growth and retention goals.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Your passion for marketing technology and demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) will be essential as you manage data ingestion, modeling, segmentation and personalization. You understand the intricacies of customer journeys and have experience integrating AJO with external platforms. Your knowledge of customer data platforms and AEP data schema will help you resolve complex issues and optimise our martech stack. You're skilled in email and SMS campaign execution, with a strong understanding of data management best practices coupled with being a problem-solver who can analyse complex issues, propose solutions and effectively prioritise tasks with minimal supervision, all while continuously expanding your technical expertise.
