The Board of Directors is seeking a strategic, decisive, and empathetic CEO to lead the organisation through a period of transition and strategic growth, navigating the increasingly complex aged care landscape. This experienced leader will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence, ensuring financial sustainability, and enhancing operational efficiency, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will work closely with a dedicated, forward thinking Board, leveraging their expertise to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
This role presents a unique opportunity to:

  • Lead Strategic Transformation : Develop and implement strategies to ensure the organisation’s long-term viability and growth, adapting to evolving industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance Clinical Governance : Champion clinical excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
  • Drive Financial Sustainability : Optimise financial performance, exploring new revenue streams and implementing cost-effective strategies.
  • Cultivate a High-Performing Team : Empower and inspire staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Strengthen Community Partnerships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and families.
  • Navigate Complex Regulatory Landscape : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those stemming from the Royal Commission and sector reforms.
