We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for Executive Services to join our organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate a team of Executive Assistants while providing high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other executive leadership members
About the role
As a proactive and engaging leader, you will draw upon your proven experience in Executive Assistant roles and team management to foster a collaborative environment that drive team success.
This role requires a consistent on-site presence in the office to effectively manage daily tasks and provide team supervision. Additionally, the ideal candidate must also be available to attend evening meetings, including Councillor briefings and Council meetings, as required.
Other Responsibilities include :
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a team of Executive Assistants
- Drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness across the team
- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Oversee and prioritise all communications directed to executive offices
Your Skills and Experience
You will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a proactive leader with:
- Demonstrated experience in executive assistant roles and team management
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven skill in resolving stakeholder issues on behalf of executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management systems
