We are partnering with a leading real estate agency located in the Glen Eira area, this is an opportunity for a Trust Accountant team leader to join the leading brand in the area who have many years of consistent success behind them.
your role
This is a Monday - Friday role, heading up a sales trust team managing multiple accounts and working alongside a high performing sales team with one of the area's most well known brands. With extensive on the job training and excellent career progression this is a rare opportunity for a senior trust account to take that next step.
-Daily reconciliations and banking tasks for sales trust accounts.
-Overseeing trust operations, including receipting, disbursements, and bill management.
-Processing sales trust transactions and managing deposit funds.
-Executing end-of-month procedures and maintaining marketing expenditure records.
-Supporting ledger inquiries, sales administration, and solicitor transactions.
-Preparing auditing files and performing general administrative duties.
your advantage
-Minimum of 4 years experience in real estate sales trust accounting
-Agents representative certificate
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organization skills and attention to detail
-Advanced skills in Microsoft suite and Box+Dice
-Strong leadership qualities
