- Salary up to $105,000 pro rata

About the Role:
We are looking for a 3 day per week commercial trust accountant (will consider residential experience also) to support 3 experienced commercial managers with a portfolio of approximately 400 tenancies. Our client are currently using Goat software but will be moving across to Cirrus 8 later in the year.
Tasks will include but not limited to;
- Reconcile trust accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for trust accounts.
- Manage trust account transactions, including collections and payments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and trust accounting rules.
- Maintain accurate records of all trust account transactions and activities
