Victorian Health Building AuthorityThe Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is a project office within VIDA. It responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional, and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria.
VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.The Opportunity
The Project Officer will support the Project Services unit in the VHBA Project Controls Team to develop and implement support and strategies to assist teams engaged in the delivery of a significant program of health infrastructure. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and units. The person we are seeking for this role must possess strong analytical and communications skills and be a resilient individual who can work in a challenging and fast-paced capital project delivery setting.
Key aspects of the role are:
* Supporting the design and implementation of processes of continuous improvement and innovation of the systems, toolkits and processes that support delivery of our work, as our business and operating models continue to evolve.
* Supporting the design, implementation, and administration of SharePoint and Power BI platforms, with a focus on ensuring data quality, security, user access, and efficient integration.
What we are looking for:
* Knowledge and previous experience in PPM platform, SharePoint and Power BI.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and processes (i.e. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, VMS, BPMN2 etc.)
* Broader project support experience within a similar setting.
