Description:

The Project Officer, Workforce is part of a dynamic and fast paced team that provides a wide range of HR advisory functions to support the Energy group. This position is responsible for providing Workforce reports, as well as managing and maintaining the groups Workforce data and dashboards and requires a high level of data literacy. The Project Officer, Workforce requires the occupant to be highly organised, solutions focused and able to work autonomously and collaboratively across a diverse range of HR topics.

The Project Officer, Workforce stays up to date with relevant policy and legislation, provides HR advice to a range of stakeholders, and works closely with the Team Leader, Workforce & Capability to aid in a range of strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in providing HR advice and a good understanding of government HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in implementing change initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerBI and the Office365 suite.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years. The work location for this position 8 Nicholson St, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
