About the role:The Organisational Change and Development Specialist (Senior Project Officer) in the Response & Development team will support SCV to design and deliver evidence-based, best practice organisational development and change interventions
The Senior Project Officer role will also be required to:
* Coordinate responses to complex quality, Safety and Clinical governance issues in partnership with relevant health sector leaders
* Coordinate organisational development & Improvement of Organisational conditions that underpin those complex issues through leadership of evidence - based, best practice organisational development and change interventions (Projects, Partnerships, Ect)

* Evidence-based, best practice organisational development and change interventions (e.g., projects, sector and consumer consultations and partnerships) to respond to emerging system safety issues to prevent harm and ensure high-quality, reliable, and person-centred care.

Excellent communciation skills
*
Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills, with strategies to gain agreement to proposals and ideas, explore alternatives to gain agreement without foregoing key objectives.
*
Strong critical analysis and reporting skills, high attention to detail, excellent writing skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
*
Proven ability to manage projects, promote teamwork and contribute positively to a team environment.
Qualifications / Specialist Expertise
Qualifications
* A qualification in organisational change, organisational development, and/or organisational behaviour and dynamics is highly desirable.
* A tertiary qualification in fields related to health, health administration or public policy is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in organisational change, organisational development, and/or organisational behaviour and dynamics is required.
* Previous experience working in the health sector is highly desirable.
