Based at our picturesque St Lucia Campus
The Parking and Transport Coordinator is responsible for the seamless operation of the University’s parking and transport systems, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional user experience. This role oversees parking facilities, optimises transport services, and manages procurement activities to support smooth and effective campus mobility.
Key responsibilities will include:

Manage parking facilities, ensuring safety, maintenance, and accessibility

Support transport systems, including public transport and bicycle facilities

Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships

Liaise with stakeholders and address operational issues

Proven experience in managing parking facilities and related operations, ideally gained within a large organisation or institutional environment. Your ability to navigate procurement processes, including managing purchase orders and building strong vendor relationships, demonstrates your strategic thinking and operational efficiency. A deep commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential for this role.
You will be able to resolve inquiries promptly and build positive relationships with our diverse community which will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations will make you a valuable asset to our team
