With a team of 550 employees and growing, we currently operate over 50 school age care and early years education services across Catholic schools in the Greater Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains region.

Working in our School Age Care team, you'll be joining at a time of growth and creating innovative programs within the approved learning framework “My Time, Our Place”. With a focus on operating a quality service and a caring workplace, no two days are ever the same!
Responsibilities
- The effective day to day leadership of your School Age Care Service team with a focus on coaching and building capability
- Monitoring and ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations under the National Quality Framework
- Providing consistent high-quality services in a safe and caring environment
- Managing staff allocation, resources and budget
- Building relationships with families and carers
As a Service Coordinator you will be expected to consent to the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor.
Our Service operate between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, with split shifts organised to give you flexibility during the middle of day.
Skills And Experiences
Qualifications
- Diploma in Children’s Services / School Age Care or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Qualifications in Diploma of Community Sector Management, Certificate III Frontline Management or other business management qualification, are advantageous
- Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis Certification
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
Experience
- Substantial experience working with children and families in the early years
- Experience in leadership with early years’ education and care or in a similar role
- Experience as a responsible person within a similar service
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical leadership
- Experience in leading effective teams and achieving service targets
- Having acted or previously held the role of nominated supervisor is highly desirable
