This is a full-time continuing position with salary in the range $91,658 - $98,330 (HEW 6), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.

Based at our St Lucia campus
Collaborating with Career Development and other partners (e.g., Library, ITaLI, Faculties), this role will create and deliver engaging career development learning resources, leveraging educational technology platforms and learning design principles to support students and alumni in their employability journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
Resource Enhancement & Development
-
Collaborate to identify, enhance, and develop career development resources, drawing on national and international best practices.
Content Creation & Management
-
Develop, publish, and maintain employability documentation, including web content, online modules, and resources.
Data Support & Reporting
-
Support Career Development with data visualization for reporting and presentation activities.
Event Support & Student Engagement
-
Assist with Career Development events (Resume Reviews, Recruitment Essentials Day, Orientation, Employability Week), engaging with students at booths and events.
Educational Video Production
-
Develop storyboards and scripts for educational videos.

Undergraduate degree in education or learning design (or equivalent), with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and experience using educational software, including LMS (Blackboard/Moodle), Articulate, H5P, ePortfolio systems, and social media tools.

Experience designing and developing engaging online learning activities, resources, and content for a complex organization.

Sound understanding of the Australian higher education sector and employability issues faced by graduates.

Demonstrated commitment to meeting client needs and working effectively with diverse stakeholders, coupled with strong time and project management skills, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
