CPA have a number of vacancies for experienced and motivated Disability Support Workers to support clients within our group homes across the Turramurra, Ryde & North West Sydney area!

We have great weekly rosters available - lots of hours across a variety of shift times.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.

  • Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.

  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.

  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

  • Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.

  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, awake overnights and weekends

  • Lived experience or experience working with people with disabilities

  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).

  • Local to the Northern Beaches region.
