We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.

About The Role
Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
Delivering personalised support in a group home settingAssisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handlingSupporting clients to engage and participate in their communitySupporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independentSupporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

Requirements
Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20-25 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 35+ hours available if you wish)A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)Live generally close to Hornsby and St Ives
