Description:


* Coordinates the provision of confidential, best practice executive secretariat support services to board, executive and committees to enable IBAC to perform its legislated functions.
* Contributes to a range of policy administration, coordination and support in the preparation of reporting, documents and processes that underpin good governance and formal decision making.
* Melbourne CBD (3 days) with hybrid / flexible working arrangements
* Full-time ongoing, VPS4 $95,102- $107,905 + super

Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Risk & Integrity team as Executive Secretariat on a full-time ongoing basis. Reporting to the Manager - Strategy & Risk, the role will deliver stakeholder focused support for committees and demands strong organisational skills, sound judgement, diplomacy and resilience.
Duties include:
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including committee chairs, members, and organisational representatives
* Provide administrative and secretariat support to governance executive committees
* support effective and efficient information management, including monitoring shared secretariat email inboxes, and maintaining records.
* Plan, schedule and coordinate committee meeting online and in-person.

Our requirements / Your skill set
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
* Proven ability in secretariat support to Executive level forums and meetings, and external stakeholders in Federal, State or Local government environment.
* Previous executive administration experience within a highly complex operating environment.
* Demonstrated experience in the handling of sensitive operational information.
* Adaptable and purpose-driven, collaborates effectively across teams, fosters inclusivity and accountability, and aligns team efforts with organisational goals and community impact.
* Defines tasks, guides execution, monitors progress, takes correction action and understands organisational pressure, climate and culture.
Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
