The Role

We are seeking qualified Disability Support Workers who have more than 12 months experience in working with people who have a range of disabilities and abilities. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, domestic assistance, mealtime management, community support, and other relevant tasks.

Successful Candidates

The successful candidate will need to be professional, reliable, caring, compassionate and flexible.

You must also hold a current National Police clearance, Victorian Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and all other relevant training including your current CPR and First Aid, Manual Handling training and COVID-19 Vaccinations.

The Team

Our Community Care Team will offer you your own dedicated Service Coordinator to provide support and ongoing 1:1 supervision. We also offer 24/7 support from our dedicated after-hours team and hotline.

Suitable Applicants MUST have:

  • At least 12 months industry experience working with multiple participants
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling Certificates
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
