The Role
As an Office Support Technician, your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff, such as setting up laptops, peripherals, user accounts, and software, as well as managing telephony setups and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, peripherals, telephony, productivity software, and custom business applications.
- Provide regular system maintenance and software updates will be part of your role to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system and escalate unresolved problems to senior team members or specialized departments when needed.
- Provide training and guidance to office staff on software, hardware usage, and security best practices, ensuring everyone is equipped to work efficiently and securely.
Your Profile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of office 365, Windows 11, Azure Entra ID.
- Interest in PowerShell Scripting and EntraID Policies.
- A first experience in Intune and Autopilot.
