The Role
We are seeking two Transport FLDs/Dock Hands with forklift driving experience to join our busy warehouse team in Ballarat. While forklift operation is a key part of the role, it is not 100% forklift work-you will also be required to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving freight. This physically demanding role involves standing for extended periods and regular lifting. The shifts are 4 hours long, running daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Lift freight from a waist-height chute to a holding are
• Sort and scan freight into customer piles for efficient loading
• Stack freight from ground level to shoulder height
• Work collaboratively with team members to handle heavy freight

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg with assistance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Monday to Friday availability
