THE POSITION
- Assist the Director & Senior Commercial Property Manager across a diverse portfolio of 250+ properties, predominantly industrial in the St George and Shire areas.
- Manage arrears
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Handle the tenant relationships
- Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors.
- Handle administrative tasks, lease entries, and escalated facilities matters.
THE PERSON
- Current real estate qualifications and industry experience, either in commercial or residential
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Detail-oriented with great administrative and organisational abilities.
