Responsibilities
This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and supports the Lead Project Manager. The duties and responsibilities include:
- To support the Lead Finance Project Manager on the tram project (NGT Project).
- To assist the finance team with all project-related financial matters for NGT, including cost control, supporting work packages, offering financial information and assistance, helping the Lead FPM with various scenarios, costings, and financial calculations as needed, managing reporting, and providing general financial support.
- To support during project closeout, primarily focusing on warranty support and spare part sales. This includes month-end closing entries, assisting with cost control, invoicing, and generating internal reports on cash flow and project financial performance.
Your Profile
- Possesses a relevant Teritary qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and skills to effectively manage and oversee crucial financial activities.
- SAP experience is highly essential.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and presentation abilities for engaging with members across all levels of the senior leadership team.
- Can adapt in agile environments, demonstrate resilience, and perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
