Jacksons On George, a premier dining and bar destination in Sydney’s CBD, operated by Gallagher Hotels, is looking for a talented Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. - Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with precision and consistency
- Assist in menu development, ensuring innovative and seasonal offerings
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Manage stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive and high-performance kitchen culture
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or premium dining venue
- Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and contemporary cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Food Safety and Hygiene certification required
