Restaurant Manager Required
Jacksons On George, an iconic venue in Sydney’s CBD operated by Gallagher Hotels, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver high-quality service
- Manage bookings, floor operations, and staff rostering
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Drive sales and customer engagement through excellent hospitality and promotions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and workplace safety
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, customer service best practices, and operational management
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- RSA and RCG certifications preferred

Permanent Full Time role with $80000 - $85000 Salary (plus super).
