Care Coordinator | Care Manager | Aged Care | NewcastleRedstone has partnered with a large aged care provider (NFP) with a home in the Newcastle/Hunter Region. Reporting to the Facility Manager you will oversee the clinical operations of a medium-sized home along with the floor staff and support team.

- Proven track record of experience in a similar clinical role
- Excellent aged care clinical skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
