What You'll Be Doing:
Be a reliable support system by assisting with:
- Daily routines like medication administration, meal prep, chores, personal care, and day to day errands
- Fun activities that create memorable experiences for young people
- Offer guidance and encouragement in developing skills, managing homework, and forming healthy habits
- Provide transportation and foster meaningful connections with families
- Keep detailed and accurate records to help us deliver exceptional care
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field
- Experience: Skilled in managing challenging behaviours with confidence and professionalism
- Requirements: Essential checks and qualifications (we're here to help you get these!)
- Driver's License: A reliable car and license are must-haves
