Ross Granata Motors Mudgee is one of the regions largest supplies of Automotive Services in the Central West NSW. We employ over 45 fulltime staff and are currently seeking a new team member to join our highly regarded Service Team as a Service Advisor
About you:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills criteria:

- A can-do attitude, be self-motivated and proactive, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (phone, face-to-face, & email)
- The ability to multi-task & excellent time management skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight knit team
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite is beneficial
- Maturity & Common Sense are also very valuable assets
- Previous experience in a Service Department and / or a knowledge and interest in cars
- Being able to stay calm and helpful whilst dealing with customers concerns and frustrations
This is a full time and varied role within our dealership and a very important position that is part of the face of our Service Department being the main contact for our customers when having a varied amount of maintenance issues and concerns with their vehicles.
Massive room for learning and growth for someone with a genuine desire in assisting our customers, looking for a business that they can learn and grow while applying their skills in a fast paced and customer facing business.
A few of the many tasks you will complete are:
- Answering and assisting a large volumes of phone calls
- Meeting and greeting customers and qualifying their concerns quickly and effectively to assist our customers effectively
- Data Entry Of Manufacturers Information into Titan DMS
- Data entry accurately to our manufacturer partners
- Receipt and allocation of payments to relevant accounts
- Consulting and assisting customers and communicating effectively during their interaction with the dealership
- Banking Preparation & Entry
- Bringing Vehicle Information into our own Dealership System by taking the customers and technicians info and entering it accurately into the dealership database
- Working efficiently and effectively with all departments to ensure the best experience for our dealership guests
A lot of these skills are Automotive specific which we will teach you, we are looking for someone to bring their own passion, enthusiasm & desire to learn and succeed as the skills we can teach, a positive can do attitude you need to bring yourself
