Description:

NXT GIG is looking for a skilled Fenergo Functional Analyst to join our expanding team. In this role, you will specialize in the implementation and optimization of Fenergo's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and configure the platform to meet regulatory compliance and business objectives. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive tailored solutions that enhance their client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory reporting processes. Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for Fenergo CLM implementations.
  • Configure the Fenergo platform to adapt to the specific needs and regulatory requirements of clients.
  • Analyze existing client onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and integration.
  • Participate in system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with client requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to promote effective utilization of the Fenergo system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and Fenergo platform updates to continuously improve implementation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fenergo Functional Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, KYC, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Experience in configuring Fenergo solutions and familiarity with its functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards is a plus.
