Oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.
Develop and execute a fresh, produce-driven menu with an Australian-Mediterranean focus. Creativity encouraged. Collaboration encouraged.
Lead and mentor a strong kitchen team, ensuring smooth service, hands on training, upholding a diverse and progressive kitchen culture.
Manage food costs, suppliers, and kitchen compliance.
Maintain consistency & efficiency, in a high volume kitchen.
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant/ upmarket pub.
Passion for Modern Australian/ Mediterranean seasonal flavours and quality ingredients.
Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
