About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant , you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced real estate office. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Diary & Email Management – Scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings
✅ Administrative Support – Preparing contracts, reports, and marketing materials
✅ Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, vendors, and partners
✅ Social Media & Marketing Assistance – Helping manage listings and promotional content
✅ CRM & Database Management – Ensuring smooth data entry and client follow-ups
✅ Confidential Handling of Information – Maintaining discretion and professionalism
About You:
To thrive in this role, you must be:
✔ Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
✔ A self-motivated problem solver who can work independently
✔ Experienced as a PA, EA, or Sales Administrator (real estate experience is a bonus)
✔ Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms
✔ A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
✔ Passionate about real estate and delivering exceptional client service
