Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our Regional Operations team within the Translink Division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the effective delivery of essential school transport services across the region.
As an Operations Officer, you'll be integral to customer service, stakeholder communication, and operational management, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
In This Role, You'll Be Responsible For
Delivering frontline customer service, resolving complaints, and preparing materials for ministerial and other official correspondence. Offering advice to industry and stakeholders on relevant legislation, policy, and operational procedures. Monitoring key data systems, including the School Transport Information Management System, ensuring transparency and good governance. Coordinating and overseeing the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other specialised school transport services. Assisting in monitoring performance under service contracts, with a focus on compliance and operational delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
Successful candidates must pass a criminal history check prior to appointment. A current C class driver licence is required. Some intra-state travel may be required.
