Due to recent growth, we now have an opportunity for a highly motivated Administration & Customer Service Assistant with 2-3 years experience, to join our Gold Coast team based in Nerang.
Working in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and customer focused tasks to support the efficient running of our Gold Coast distribution facility.
Reporting to our Senior Administrator, your duties will include:
- Take and enter phone sales orders
- Prepare & print daily invoices for customer deliveries
- Serve customers & process payments
- Create and update customer profiles & orders
- Answer phone enquiries & resolve issues
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely manner
- Process customer credits & investigate errors
- Extensive liaison with drivers, warehouse teams and account managers
- Assist with stock control & food safety related administrative tasks
Eager to take the next step in your administrative career, you will have:
- 2 - 3 years experience in an administration role
- Ability to multi-task, be organised and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative & data entry skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills (incl. MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- A happy disposition, positive attitudeand team focused nature
