Toll People are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to fill multiple Administration and Customer Service roles across our Brisbane locations in Wacol and Murarrie.
About the Roles:
These roles are vital to our daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing information, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence:
- Answering inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
- Logging and tracking customer interactions and issues.
* Administration Support:
- Data entry and record management.
- Processing orders and invoices.
- Preparing reports and correspondence.
- General office duties, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a call centre or administration role is desirable but not essential.
