The Position

Based in Bundall, we are looking for a customer service / administration professional to join the customer service team on a full-time basis. This opportunity isn't your standard customer service role. You will be liaising with owners living in body corporate communities by telephone and email.

This is a unique, fast paced working environment in a friendly and supportive team.

About You

To be successful you will be able to show that you possess:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team, other departments and offices
  • An eye for detail and be a bit of a perfectionist
  • Have an enquiring mind to identify and solve procedural and system questions
  • Assist with management of various centralised functions which are the responsibility of the team
  • Advanced computer skills in software systems and generally technology savvy
  • Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Above all, you will be a dedicated team player who considers customer service a high priority, both internally and externally.
