About the Position
- Diverse and challenging working with multiple clients in all aspects of bookkeeping including data entry, accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, payroll, super, BAS, IAS, financial management & software setup.
- Engage directly with clients to develop and strengthen relationships and customer service.
- Work from home with ownership of your schedule, workload and planning.
- Engage with the team through online meetings, training sessions and company events when we meet face to face.

- Detailed, organized and a professional approach to your work.
- A love for bookkeeping and an understanding of the fundamentals.
- Experience in Xero and bookkeeping across a range of different businesses.
- Passionate about helping people and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thrive on technology and a willingness to learn.
- Honest and open communication skills.
- Thrive on challenges and take ownership of your work.
