About the Role

As the Customer Care Team Leader , you will play a key role in managing and mentoring a team responsible for handling Warranty inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. Your leadership will help drive a high-performance culture while ensuring that customer needs are met with timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Customer Care Team to achieve service excellence.
  • Oversee customer communications, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and professional.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with a solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service, support, or related environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or customer service software is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
