What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Trade Store team
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by coaching and motivating team members
- Handle escalations and ensure departmental KPIs are met
- Maintain branch stocks, pricing, and promotional displays
- Drive a culture of safety and compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance development discussions and manage underperforming employees
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate sales activities
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience leading a Customer Service Team with a focus on process improvement, exceptional customer service, coaching, and development
- Customer-focused with strong coaching and development skills
- Results-driven with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
