We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our close-knit team based in Carole Park QLD, where you'll be providing exceptional service to our growing customer base!
In this challenging and rewarding role you will proactively look for solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customers and business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes.
We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.
What your new role entails:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to Blackwoods customers via telephone, email, and other business systems
- Action customer requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions
- Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
- Nurture relationships with our clients, staying up to date with processes and procedures to provide tailored solutions
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
What you’ll bring with you:
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment preferred but not essential
- Customer and solutions focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve results
- Amazing customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- A strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud based CRM programs
- Clear verbal and written communication skills required
