Description:
Carinity Education – Shalom has exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Office Coordinator’s to join the team. The Office Coordinator performs school administrative functions, responding to needs/requests from staff, management, students, parents and the community in support of the provision of a quality and rich Christian education experience for marginalised young people. This position also ensures recording of all necessary data (student attendance, staff records) are entered into the appropriate systems.
Carinity has a full-time position available in both the primary and secondary school and requires availability between 8AM – 4:06PM.
What do I need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small team is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative office procedures and information systems, including financial systems.
- Minimum Certificate IV qualification in Business Administration or similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
