As our Projects Administrative Assistant, you will be the glue that keeps our insurance project managers on target and running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assisting with portal updates, both internal and external, for jobs managed by our team.
- Assisting with scheduling trades and sending purchase orders.
- Assisting with invoice integrity and approvals.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role in the construction/insurance repair industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced using Microsoft.
