About the Role

As a Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with forklift dealers, rental companies, and other key prospects. Other responsibilities will include onboarding new business, nurture existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

This is a hands-on sales role that requires strategic thinking, persistence, and a proactive approach to business development. You will engage in targeted outreach, attend off-site meetings, and travel as necessary to cultivate new opportunities while maintaining a solid foundation of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong wholesale relationships with forklift dealers, rental companies, and industry prospects.
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities to expand the wholesale division.
  • Conduct strategic outreach, site visits, and off-site client meetings to foster growth.
  • Strategically manage accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B wholesale sales, preferably within the industrial, equipment, or materials handling sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-focused approach to sales.
