The role:
As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading and managing the analysis, documentation, and evaluation of both current and future state business processes, services, and roles within a complex digital system in a clinical healthcare environment. You will lead the establishment of new services, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to your team and key stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of valuable, integrated, and effective business solutions to support the program and related projects.
Driven by a desire to improve healthcare outcomes, you will have vision and motivation and will be able to use exceptional communication skills to provide strategic advice and direction to both your team and our stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in leading and managing business analysis activities within IM/ICT projects preferably in the health care industry.
- Proven experience leading business process modelling activities for large organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- High level of knowledge of and the ability to provide advice on the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 3.0 (BABOK) is essential.
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders including mentoring other business analysts within the organisation.
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a project environment is essential.
The following experience will be highly regarded:
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience working within an ieMR environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex digital system implementations in a clinical healthcare setting.
While experience in health care is not a mandatory requirement, we highly value candidates who have demonstrated relevant experience in clinical systems, health IT, or digital health.
