About this Position:
As the Campus Human Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for all day-to-day human resource operations and activities, including onboarding and offboarding employees, Human Resource policies, training middle management leaders, and leading positive employee interactions across the Campus.
You will:
- Manage, respond and support all HR functions for the Campus
- Review, maintain and attend to HR policies, including general HR inquiries from staff
- Oversee Campus recruitment processes
- Lead the rollout of a new HRIS system (onboarding, offboarding, employee compliance training etc.)
- Management of the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Identify pastoral care opportunities with Campus staff
- Provide the Executive with HR reporting and data analysis as required
About You:
You will:
- Previous demonstrated experience in a hands-on Human Resources role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
- Knowledge and/or experience in HR best practice including the understanding of compliance with regards to legislation and HR practices and policies.
- Previous experience supporting change projects & initiatives is highly regarded.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships at all levels.
- Be actively involved in prayer for the Campus and participate in staff devotions.
- Modelling a positive example of Christian community interactions with parents, students, other staff and the wider community
- Promoting the Vision and Mission of the Campus and the underlying values and beliefs to parents, students or the wider community
